Starting with his training in mathematics, Morfín Garduño has sought a general solution to environmental issues, addressing common questions about the human development and its interaction with the environment, which have led him to identify clues that the global warming occurred 14 thousand years ago could have been the cause of a widespread flooding of the American continent, in which then the legendary civilization known like Atlantis would be settled, along what is now Latin America (since most of North America was covered by ice of the Wisconsin Glaciation), its main metropolis being located in what historically was known as Anahuac Lake and where Mexico City is presently located.

Therefore is surmises a prehistoric maritime technological development by a Euro-Asiatic-African people that after having crossed the Atlantic Ocean was portrayed in the colossal Olmec heads; and whose disappearance is explained by its participation in the religions of human sacrifices of Mesoamerica.
